This Privacy Policy applies to all users of information systems and websites run by all entities belonging to Newsha Single Member P.C (referred to herein as “Newsha’, “we”, “us” and “our”).

Newsha Single Member P.C may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on its Systems. All amended terms automatically take effect 30 days after they are initially posted and disclosed. This information is evaluated for statistical purposes and subsequently deleted. The individual user remains anonymous.

Generally, we will not manually modify Users’ Personal Data because verifying their identity remotely may prove difficult. If you do not arrange for your data to be deleted, then your data will be processed until the day we receive your “Termination of Distributorship” request.

We do retain Personal Data from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
